June. Everything around us is beautifully fragrant. The meadows, the summer flowers, even the trees and shrubs. And the world of wine, too, is full of colorful aromas! It is no coincidence that the nose is such a vital participant in wine tasting. During this tasting in the Manor wine cellar, we will reacquaint ourselves with our noses and learn the profound influence they have on the overall understanding, perception, and flavor characteristics of a wine, while discovering just how well we can distinguish different scents. You can look forward not only to fun aroma challenges prepared by the sommelier and specially selected fragrant (or not necessarily so) wines, but also to many other revealed secrets: for example, what other parts of the body participate in tasting wine!
"Song of Songs" (Heb. Shir ha-Shirim) is a poetic love song included in the Old Testament canon, read, explained, and interpreted by different cultures and religions throughout the centuries. In the Jewish tradition, it is understood as an allegorical representation of the bond between God and the people of Israel; in Christian culture, as a symbol of divine and human love; and in secular culture, it is regarded as one of the most beautiful works of love poetry in human history. Its vivid language, nature metaphors, and emotional intensity have inspired countless poets, composers, cantors, theologians, and artists. Translated into many languages and constantly rediscovered, the "Song of Songs" remains a universal testament to love, beauty, and spiritual longing.

We will visit the edges of the Milašius Telmological Reserve, attempt to trace where the "king of the forest" and the "kinglet" hide, hang a nesting box for our winged friends, and ensure we leave the woods even cleaner than we found them. This hike is perfect for anyone who wishes not just to take a stroll, but to experience nature on a deeper level.
