BASIC INFORMATION REGARDING CONCERT TICKET DISTRIBUTION:
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (except in cases where the event is canceled or the event date is changed).
- WHY DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company carries out activities that involve the processing of your personal data:
(i) maintains professional relationships with its partners and ensures the provision of high-quality services (client care);
(ii) invests in the restoration, development, and expansion of Paliesius Manor as a real estate and cultural heritage object;

(iv) organizes social and cultural events (concerts) as well as campaigns;
(v) collects, systematizes, and analyzes information about the goods purchased and services received by clients, identifies client needs, and creates personalized offers;
(vi) carries out direct marketing;
(vii) conducts e-commerce;
(viii) processes employment relationship and occupational safety documentation (concludes employment contracts, manages their accounting, fulfills the Company’s statutory duties as an employer, maintains and ensures appropriate communication with employees outside of working hours, ensures suitable working conditions, collects and stores archival data, and ensures the security of employees and documents);
(ix) prepares and processes commercial contracts (sale and purchase, supply, contracting, lease, service, copyright, etc.), and administers contractual and related regulatory relationships;
