Restaurant

Nestled among halls steeped in history, Paliesius Manor restaurant is as tranquil as the nature surrounding the manor. It quietly invites you in, to feel at home. Here, everyone can find refreshment – and hear newly resounding classics.

Our menu was inspired by the classical music constantly playing in the “Pasaga” hall and the talented performers from all over the world. The restaurant’s culinary music begins energetically like allegro with dynamic cold appetizers. Warm appetizers resonate melodically, andante. Crescendo, the culmination – our most famous and brightest main courses, with the richest harmony of flavors. We invite you to conclude the symphony with a slower adagio rhythm, enjoying subtle desserts. And for the little ones, we offer a playful Vivace menu.

A well-matched wine to your chosen dish can make the symphony of flavors even more interesting – it can become like a pause in music, allowing you to better appreciate and feel the piece. In the wine cellar of Paliesius Manor, over 200 selected French wine varieties are hidden, so we will certainly be able to advise you on the most suitable one. All you have to do is enjoy the discoveries of aromas and aftertastes.

Even culinary music needs good acoustics – and the spaces of Paliesius Manor will provide it, designed so that you can most comfortably enjoy food, company, and tranquility. Throughout the year, you can have lunch and

dine in the bright and spacious “Pasaga” hall with a view of wild tranquility and swaying reeds. In summer, we also invite you to our terraces, where, even closer to nature, flavors can resonate even more vividly.
