Our menu was inspired by the classical music constantly playing in the “Pasaga” hall and the talented performers from all over the world. The restaurant’s culinary music begins energetically like allegro with dynamic cold appetizers. Warm appetizers resonate melodically, andante. Crescendo, the culmination – our most famous and brightest main courses, with the richest harmony of flavors. We invite you to conclude the symphony with a slower adagio rhythm, enjoying subtle desserts. And for the little ones, we offer a playful Vivace menu.
A well-matched wine to your chosen dish can make the symphony of flavors even more interesting – it can become like a pause in music, allowing you to better appreciate and feel the piece. In the wine cellar of Paliesius Manor, over 200 selected French wine varieties are hidden, so we will certainly be able to advise you on the most suitable one.
