Bubbles in a glass. Sophistication and elegance

Champagne is the king of sparkling wine! Yet it is certainly not the only character worth our attention in the world of sparkling wines. This summer afternoon in the wine cellar, we will delight in not only champagne but other wonderfully bubbly beverages, too. We will discover what they share with the king of drinks, and what sets them apart. We will explore the subtleties of their production and the delicate processes behind them. We will look into the etiquette of bubbles and discuss why this classic drink never goes out of style. And what dishes or appetizers pair best with sparkling wines? We will cover that as well. We look forward to welcoming all sparkling wine enthusiasts!
