This summer afternoon in the wine cellar, we will enjoy not only champagne, but a variety of other beautifully effervescent drinks. We will discover how they resemble the king of beverages, and how they differ. We will explore the subtleties of their production processes, examine the etiquette of bubbles, and discuss why this classic drink never goes out of style. And what foods or appetizers pair best with sparkling wines? We will explore that, too. We look forward to welcoming all lovers of sparkling wine!
