Return Policy

To exercise the right to cancel the purchase-sale agreement concluded at https://paliesiausdvaras.lt/ and return the ordered and purchased goods, the Buyer must clearly inform the Seller by mail or email within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered to the Buyer, and must return the goods to the Seller in the established manner no later than 7 (seven) days from the date the Seller was informed of the cancellation.

If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement and returns the goods, the amount paid is refunded to the Buyer:

  • if the Buyer paid for the goods by an advance bank transfer or via an electronic banking system, the money is refunded by transferring the paid amount to the Buyer’s (the payer’s) account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the goods are returned;

When returning goods, it is necessary to provide the VAT invoice (or its number), a cash register receipt, or another document confirming the purchase and sale of the goods (e.g., a payment card account statement), along with the order number. Can tickets be returned? 

Tickets can only be returned if the event has been canceled, the date or location of the performance has changed, or with the consent of the event organizer.

Tickets may be returned by contacting the event organizer by email at koncertai@paliesiausdvaras.lt.

Refunds for tickets may be issued in exceptional cases if the event organizer grants the ticket distributor such authorization (should any issues or claims arise, please contact the event administrator).

If you experience any difficulties returning your tickets, please write to us by email at koncertai@paliesiausdvaras.lt, providing your ticket number(s), full name, and bank account number. We will refund the money for the tickets to your specified bank account within 7 business days of receiving this information.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer is obligated to refund the money paid by the Buyer. The organizer may present the Buyer with alternative options (e.g., tickets to another event), but the Buyer ultimately decides which option best suits their needs.

In all cases, the Buyer retains the rights arising from the sale of defective goods, as stipulated by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
