We are sharing an archival photograph of Paliesius Manor!
This is the Steward’s (Overseer’s) House, which today, alongside the concert hall, serves as the main building of the manor. In the past, the living quarters spanned two floors, while the side wings and the lower ground floor were dedicated to the stables. Today, it houses hotel rooms, a café, and a spa. During the manor’s reconstruction, additional skylights typical of the Classicist period were installed, and the vaults and columns were restored. Yet, the authentic structural elements of the building were carefully preserved—and in one area, even the original ceiling remains.
