Tomas Kutavičius and Arkadijus Gotesmanas invite you to their “Improvisation Duet” on March 21 at Paliesius Manor!

Pianist Tomas Kutavičius and percussionist Arkadijus Gotesmanas are two jazz luminaries who create on stage without a preconceived plan. Their piano and percussion improvisation is born in the moment, guided by inner impulse and the unpredictable encounters between sound and silence.

Composer, pianist, and improviser Tomas Kutavičius uniquely combines elements of jazz and classical music. His body of work seamlessly blends jazz, academic music, choral pieces, and both chamber and symphonic works. LMTA Associate Professor Arkadijus Gotesmanas is a sound alchemist bridging jazz, academic music, and improvisation—an inventive percussionist whose musical language is defined by a broad spectrum of articulation.

Spend an afternoon with jazz!
