On May 30, before the renowned actor and singer Pino de Vittorio’s concert, we invite you to visit Provence! This sun-drenched region of Southern France, resting by the Mediterranean Sea, is celebrated for its elegant, refreshing, and subtle wines—especially its rosés. While summers in Provence are fiercely hot, the wines born there pair beautifully with our fresh Lithuanian summers.
A rich variety of grapes is cultivated in Provence. White wines from the region are dominated by Rolle, offering crisp, citrus-forward flavors. The rosés feature Grenache and Cinsault, imparting a lovely fruitiness and elegance. In the reds, Syrah and Mourvèdre take the lead, bringing structure, spice, and maturity.
On this day, we will gather in the wine cellar with our sommelier to taste a diverse selection of Provence wines, from white and rosé to red. To make the tasting both fascinating and effortless to compare, we will focus on a single producer (a “château”) and attempt to discover which wine this Provencal château crafts best!
Advance registration is required: info@paliesiausdvaras.lt or by phone at +370 626 82 760.
We are also delighted to share that Paliesius Manor has won a Silver Star in the 2025 Star Wine List!
