On November 21 at 2:00 PM, we invite you to a tasting dedicated to discovering wine aromas. Together with a sommelier in the Manor wine cellar, we will taste four aromatic wines and try an aroma recognition game.

We first taste wine with our noses. To some, it recalls a blossoming garden; to others, a forest floor, spices, or freshly baked bread. Do we all perceive the same aromas in the same way? In this tasting, we will learn to recognize scents, seek them out in the glass, and discover how they change our perception of flavor. Just like in a jazz improvisation, there will be no single correct answer here—only discoveries and unexpected flavor stories.
