On October 17 at 4:00 p., we invite you to a sparkling wine tasting. Together with a sommelier in the Manor wine cellar, we will taste four sparkling wines—from an elegant crémant to legendary champagne.

Festivals—such as the “EuroLiszt Festival,” taking place at Paliesius Manor for the very first time today—are inseparable from a festive mood, and nothing reflects this better than the bubbles rising in a glass. Why did champagne become a symbol of celebration? How do crémant and other sparkling wines differ from it? During the tasting, we will not only savor these wines but also discuss their production methods, history, and traditions. Between the two festival concerts, allow yourself a moment to raise a glass and rejoice.
