Did you know that Paliesius Manor was one of the organizing centers for the 1831 uprising?

Sadly, following this uprising, the history of Paliesius took a turn for the worse. One of the reasons was that the manor’s owners, brothers Stanislovas and Adolfas Kublickiai, active organizers and participants in the uprising within Užneris County, were forced to flee to Prussia.
