The history of Paliesius Manor dates back to the 17th century. Unfortunately, no wooden buildings from that time have survived. However, from historical sources, we know what was built later. The stone building of the Supervisor or Steward was erected in the early 19th century, next to it, a barn was built, connected by an enclosed courtyard to the residential house-stables. And only later, an unpretentious residential building was erected, into which the manor owners Kublickiai moved, next to which stood a wooden chapel, an icehouse, and a representative courtyard-park was formed – visit the century-old trees still standing in the manor park, and perhaps they will tell you more!
