The place itself is wonderful. However, the waitresses behave very rudely and even mock their visitors in the restaurant. If you are visiting Paliesius Manor, never go to the restaurant if you don’t want to be humiliated in front of other restaurant visitors, don’t even try to speak Lithuanian if you are half-Lithuanian/half-British. Avoid their restaurant as much as you can. Book a room, SPA, and eat and snack on your own, and enjoy the excellent views of Paliesius Manor from the outside and, if possible, from the inside, but very carefully.
