Paliesius Manor hosted the inaugural EuroLiszt Festival, an international piano music festival exploring the theme “Gypsy or Franciscan?”. The festival’s artistic director is Mūza Rubackytė.
The festival featured performances by pianists Mūza Rubackytė, Thomas Kelly (United Kingdom), Attila Szaniszló (Hungary), and Simonas Miknius; the Vilnius University Joint Choir (conductor Rasa Brundzaitė-Gelgotienė); and master’s students from the LMTA Department of Solo Singing: soprano Gabrielė Andrulytė, mezzo-soprano Vakarė Banuškevičiūtė, tenor Ignas Ščesnulevičius, and bass Ervinas Jasevičius.
