On August 1, the talented Rūta Ščiogolevaitė and pianist Paulius Zdanavičius return to Paliesius Manor’s “Pasaga” concert hall! A cozy, lyrical, and jazz-infused concert awaits, featuring immortal pieces such as “When I Fall in Love”, “My Funny Valentine”, “Angel Eyes”, and “Body and Soul”.

Seeing singer Rūta Ščiogolevaitė on stage leaves not the slightest doubt that she was simply born for it. The artist radiates charisma, enchants with a strong, masterfully controlled voice, captivates with her artistry and tasteful repertoire, and easily wins over the audience’s affection.

This is confirmed not only by full halls and warm applause, but also by her fellow musicians. “A very talented singer with a broad, warm, expressive, and colorful vocal range. She effortlessly commands various styles of music. On stage, she overflows with energy and persuasion. Every listener is charmed by her artistry and easy connection,” noted Steponas Januška, vocalist of the band “Studija”.

Singer Rosita Čivilytė asserts that “Rūta Ščiogolevaitė is one of the few vocalists in Lithuania capable of singing professionally not only in pop, but across a variety of stylistic and genre cultures. Listening to her, it is abundantly clear that the singer, having mastered the foundations of musical literacy, interprets and phrases freely. She can defend Lithuania’s musical name not only in our country, but also beyond its borders.”

Joining her on stage is one of Lithuania’s most prominent pianists and arrangers, Paulius Zdanavičius — Rūta Ščiogolevaitė’s longtime stage partner, with whom she shares a multitude of joint concerts and creative projects, including her album “Tai – gyvenimas”.
